Order Status Based Cancellation

  • Order Confirmed: Can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Order Processing: Cancellation possible until the order is shipped
  • Order Shipped: Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned after delivery
  • Out for Delivery: Cannot be cancelled, return process applies

Automatic Cancellation

  • Orders may be automatically cancelled if payment fails
  • Undelivered orders after 15 days will be cancelled
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Products out of stock after order confirmation

How to Cancel Your Order

  2. Find the order you want to cancel and click "Cancel Order"
  3. Select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
  4. Confirm your cancellation request
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes

No Cancellation Fees

  • Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Orders cancelled due to stock unavailability
  • Orders cancelled due to payment failures
  • Orders cancelled by NCART for verification purposes

Shipping Charges

  • If order is cancelled after processing has begun, shipping charges may apply
  • No shipping charges for orders cancelled within the free cancellation window
  • Prepaid shipping charges are fully refundable for eligible cancellations

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after cancellation
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days after cancellation
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days after cancellation
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, bank details are required for refund processing
  • NCART wallet credits are processed instantly
  • Partial cancellations receive proportional refunds

Special Cancellation Scenarios

Bulk Orders

Orders with more than 10 items may require additional verification before cancellation. Please contact customer support for assistance with bulk order cancellations.

Promotional Orders

Orders placed using promotional codes or during special sales may have different cancellation terms. The promotional discount will be adjusted accordingly in the refund amount.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items can be cancelled anytime before the official release date. Once the item is released and processing begins, standard cancellation policies apply.

NCART's Right to Cancel

NCART reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or payment issues
  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to logistical constraints
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Orders placed from restricted geographical areas

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and full refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
