This clause shall survive termination of this Agreement.
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including accessing data not intended for you; attempting to probe or breach security without authorization; interfering with the service, overloading, spamming, or flooding; sending unsolicited emails or advertisements; forging headers or transmitting misleading information. Violations may result in legal action. We may cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting such users. If any part of this User Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be replaced by a valid clause most closely matching the intent of the original, and the remainder shall remain in effect.
