If the customer fails to receive the delivery of the product on the first attempt and opts for a future delivery, additional shipping charges of ₹600 will apply for products valued below ₹5000. If the product cost is above ₹5000 and the customer cancels or refuses the order, both shipping charges (₹600) and RTO charges (₹600) will be deducted from the booking amount paid by the customer.
If the customer cancels or refuses to receive the parcel and provides the order cancellation confirmation code to the courier delivery person, no refund will be issued. If the customer wishes to receive the same parcel again, they will be required to pay shipping charges for the second delivery attempt.
We usually dispatch products within 24 working hours (excluding Sundays) after receiving the order.
Please note that if an order is delayed, damaged, or affected due to natural calamities, the customer must wait until the order returns to our office. Delivery will be reinitiated once the product is received safely back at our facility.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Additionally, customer details such as address, contact number, or delivery pincode cannot be modified after dispatch.
For metro city deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days, and for non-metro cities, it is 5–6 working days.
